Honotel MDO operates in 4 key areas that can be served independently in order to better meet its customers’ expectations.
Honotel MDO conducts a 360 analysis of assets to be acquired and supports the hotel due diligence process. Each year, Honotel MDO scans over 150 assets on behalf of institutional investors.
Honotel MDO carries out asset improvement plans. It enables its customers to benefit from its hotel industry expertise on property development projects and monitors their capex or repositioning work alongside their asset managers.
While the interests of investors and the hotel operators in charge of running their assets might not be aligned sometimes, Honotel MDO acts as a missing link between investors and hotel operators. A hospitality industry expert, Honotel MDO, which speaks the same language as operators and investors, monitors their assets on the ground each day.
Working closely with industry experts and specialist advisors, Honotel MDO supports its customers to value their assets for acquisitions or divestments, as well as their quarterly or yearly valuation requirements.
